Background
Aligning and planning initiatives across multiple teams is difficult. Lighthouse is a planning tool to help teams set up roadmaps and coordinate the work needed to reach their goals. It is a tool that helps your team set long-term goals and track progress.
Set the horizon you're working towards, the initiatives and projects that will get you there and tag the teams to ensure common planning and focus.
Using Supabase for authentication and database, Novel.sh — built on top of TipTap, to assist in the creation of inspiring goals and initiatives as well the OKR generation.
This is very much a work in progress.
